She was the tomboy of the group. The funny, athletic girl was the first though in the co-ed softball teams mind when they realized the had a shortage of girl’s for that nights game. She had her eye on one boy. One boy who was a bit cute and a bit funny. She decided to join them for a movie after the game, and as they whispered throughout the movie, they realized that there might be something more waiting for them in the future then a few more softball games. 

They started hanging out on their own, and time after time, Tony asked the pretty blonde tomboy  to be his girlfriend. Time after time, she said no. She was moving to Michigan. She wouldn’t be around. It wasn’t a good time for a relationship. But Tony stood firm, stood by her side, and supported her decisions as a friend. And when she got back from Michigan a semester later, there he was, waiting. 

A year later, it was her turn to wait. He proposed days before he left for Army basic, and they spent a good amount of their engagement exchanging love letters and late night phone calls. And just like Tony did before, she stood by his side and supported his dreams, patiently awaiting to be his bride. 

Tony and Maggie live in a constant state of serving God first, and each other second. Maggie spent her entire wedding day making sure everyone around her was calm, happy, and taken care of. She lives to serve others, and has the most nurturing, servants heart. As they danced the night away, Tony decided to surprise Maggie with something out of his own servants heart. The last event of their reception was a surprise foot washing, bringing tears to his bride’s eyes. 

They’ll move to Italy in a few short months, starting a wonderful life of adventure, love, and laughter. Maggie & Tony, it was the greatest blessing to be a part of your day, and I can’t wait to couch crash on that Italian couch 😉 Wishing you the happiest forever together – xx, M
