They weren’t looking for anything serious. They were both still in high school and had a lot to accomplish. He made her laugh, and she liked the way his cheeks dimpled a little bit every time he smiled and looked at her. But Anna knew that it could turn into something special. So on every date, she soaked in the moments. She kept boxes full of sentimental items, like the crumpled old water bottle that they shared on one of their first dates, that reminded her of the first butterflies, hugs, and kisses. Anna knew all along that Matthew was the one, and Matthew knew too.
They’re ballroom dancing partners, hiking partners, lovers of the outdoors. They would love almost anything, as long as they’re together. They’re preparing for a wedding in the beginning of spring, full of sunshine, flowers and love. Every day after that, they’ll look at each other and say “I love you more” for the rest of their lives.
Anna + Matthew, I’m so grateful and blessed that I drew your name for this giveaway engagement session. Nobody deserves it more than you two, and I can’t wait to see what God does with your lives and how you both grow and explore together. xoxo- M
