We were walking back to Baker Street Train Station just as the sun dipped below the Fort Wayne Skyline as Michelle and Caleb, hand-in-hand, reminisced about their wedding day as they were living it. The September weather was perfect, their friends and family had surrounded them with happy tears and open arms, and most of all – they were married. Finally married. After years of dating, growing in their faith together, and months of meticulously planning their wedding day, the most important thing had happened. They were husband and wife.
Who would have thought that a dodgeball game and an offer to buy Caleb a drink (who made the most expensive choice) would have led to this. It wasn’t long before they dove in headfirst and took the risk on each other. Michelle is a steady confident, someone you can rely on, someone you can go to in a source of comfort and Caleb supports her, draws her out of her comfort zone, and brings a bubbling burst of laughter out of her constantly. Every toast that night said the same thing – Michelle and Caleb just fit together.
Michelle and Caleb – dang you guys are fun. Sorry it took me 6 months to blog this insanely amazing day, but it was SO fun reliving it. Thank you for allowing us to witness and document every single moment. It means the world. So so happy that I can call you friends and the best clients. Thank you x a million – all the love, M&C
