On a warm autumn day, Emma and Josh wrapped their arms around the corner of the barn that their friends and family would soon fill and read handwritten vows as tears streamed down both of their faces. After so many years of friendship and being by each others side, the vows poured out completely naturally, full of love and joy. After the years of inseparable friendship and creating a life that revolved around each other, Emma and Josh promised each other all the years to come.
It was the day that some friends and family had anticipated for over a decade. Loved ones boasted that they knew Emma and Josh were meant to be long before Emma and Josh ever admitted it, and they were right. Never would it have crossed Emma or Josh’s mind back in middle school that they would be eventually standing side by side at the altar. But finally, after years of friendship and dating, after a long two year engagement, Emma walked down the aisle to greet her best friend. As they slipped the rings on each others fingers, Josh never took his eyes off the woman that stole his heart.
Emma and Josh envisioned a day that was down to earth and full of joy and laughter – and that’s exactly what it was. They married under the market lights of Salomon Farms and celebrated their marriage under the lanterns of Dupont Downs. Josh and Emma, you’re day was absolute perfection and it was such a privilege to document such a special day. Wishing you all the best and sip lots of margaritas in Jamaica – you two deserve it! xx- M & M
