They had come a long way since that first high-school Spanish class. The breeze floated through Metea County Park as the eucalyptus was pinned to the arch and the groomsmen set up the final few ceremony chairs while the bridesmaids reminisced on the journey that Kyrie and Tyler had made throughout the years. From high-school […]
It’s hard to say who held more excitement in their heart as rain drizzled outside the windows of Pine Valley Country Club. Beneath the protea flowers and the arch that his family had tirelessly worked to create, Garrett stood and waited for the girl that made his heart leap out of his chest the very […]
They bought rings on a Friday. She found her dress on a Sunday. Only the closest family gathered around them on a Tuesday- just an average Tuesday. It was cold and blustery, like most December days in Fort Wayne are. But for a little boy, a little girl, and two people in love, it was the most magical day of their lives. The family that had been built over the past 7 years – the family that had been a family in their hearts all along- finally became one with a few simple vows and two stunning rings.
As they stood under the Christmas trees at the Botanical Conservatory, Danny and Abby promised a lifetime to each other. Danny held his daughter as she cried tears of joy – and she wasn’t the only one. Not a single parent, sibling, or grandparent had a dry eye. They were the select few to witness the magical moment when Danny and Abby became husband and wife. As Danny held Abbys dress as they walked through the gardens, taking the first moments of husband and wife and cherishing them to the very fullest, they reminisced over the past seven years and the life that they had built.
They’ll celebrate with a backyard party next summer among the best of family and friends, florals grown by Abby herself, lots of champagne and even more love. Danny and Abby, witnessing your day was truly the greatest honor, and I loved watching your marriage come to life. I wish you nothing but a lifetime of happiness as a family – xx, M
He’s the type of guy who always has a joke or clever comment at hand. The type of man who rarely shows emotion, but always has a friendly smile. But when he read the letter that his bride-to-be had thoughtfully scrawled on a piece of notebook paper, even Ben had a few tears in his eyes. The pretty girl with the big brown eyes that twinkled when she looked at him was the only one who could shape Ben into the great man he was destined to be.
Madi and Ben have a connection like none other. Sometimes, in the rarest of relationships, the energy and magnetism between two people emanate throughout the room and the people surrounding them. Their souls are in orbit, moving with one another constantly with an unbreakable bond. A laugh has already escaped Madi’s mouth the moment before Ben finishes his joke. When her hands are turned up, his fingers turn down to meet her palms. He brushes the hair out of her face before she can even think about making the gesture. Shes already on her tip toes to kiss him before he’s even bent down to meet her lips.
They were married on a warm fall day, just as the leaves were turning. As they walked with their bridal party through Sweeney Park in Fort Wayne, Madi clutched Ben’s arms and kept singing, “We’re married, we’re going to the Bahamas!” over and over again. No two people have ever been more in love or happier to be together. Madi and Ben, your love warms my heart so much and I’ve loved watching your relationship grow and become absolutely magical. I’ll be thinking of you all week as you sip mimosas in the Bahamans – xx, M
