Rain slowly pattered outside of the Shoaff Park pavilion as Brad watched the girl who stole his heart all those years ago walk down the aisle towards him. Ever since first glance, he knew she was the one. And while Alyssa took a bit to come around, as she stood praying with her bridesmaids before the ceremony started, she knew that there was no one else in the world who was meant to hold her heart. Brad was the type of man who made her competitive and focused self light up in laughter. Alyssa was the type of woman who challenged Brad to tackle life head on. Together, they were the couple that their family and friends admired and supported. After anxiously awaiting the wedding for so many years, there wasn’t a dry eye in the sea of loved ones that came to witness Alyssa and Brad finally tie the knot.
They knew from the very beginning that they wanted their wedding day to be the epitome of their relationship. Even if it meant forgoing traditions and common wedding day happenings. Alyssa and Brad have a love that is calm and laid-back. It’s also the kind of love that can rally and be the center of the party and the most competitive player on any team. From the food trucks, the downtown, cozy bar vibe, and the school bus that capitalized on their love of teaching, Alyssa and Brad’s day revolved completely around the two of them- just as it should be.
Alyssa and Brad, documenting your day was the greatest privilege and so completely refreshing. The two of you know your relationship so well and your wedding was such a perfect reflection of that. All the love and enjoy your summer celebrating your new marriage – xx, M & M
