He stood in the back room of the church, waiting for the clock to turn so he could see his bride walk down the aisle toward him. Scott talked about how hard they worked the past four years to get to this point. How he knew almost instantly in his heart that she was the one, even though he didn’t admit it until months later.
On that blind date four years ago, Kayla and Scott never dreamed that they would end up here- standing beside each other in a church surrounded by the family and friends that shared a part in their relationship. At first glance, Kayla’s serious, calm, and caring demeanor might not seem to match Scott’s goofiness and ultimate nerdy-ness. But opposites attract and it’s clear to see that Kayla and Scott share the greatest sense of comfortability and love for one another.
As the cherry blossoms bloomed on the cool spring day, cheers from the bridal party echoed through the park as Kayla and Scott shared their first few kisses and embraces as husband and wife. In the midst of a hectic grad school semester, Kayla and Scott paused and celebrated their day surrounded by the closest family and friends they have.
Kayla and Scott, we can’t thank you enough for giving us the privilege of witnessing the super rad and joy-filled day you two shared. You are the most special souls and compliment each other so beautifully – we can’t wait to see how you tag team life together! All the love, xx-M&M
